My Basic White Medium Envelope got the same Dainty Delightfloral images on the front… I used Liquid Glue to adhere the panel to a Mossy Meadow mat and into my Balmy Blue card base, popped the card front on with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the card was done! And cuz flowers NEED butterflies…I added another one on the inside, too! On the inside, I stamped another couple of floral images from Dainty Delight and colored them with the Light Polished Pink and Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blends and the Dark Balmy Blue and Daffodil Delight Blends. I added a bevy of Brushed Brass Butterflies and the card front was done! I used Dimensionals – a single near the bow and a couple of double-stacked Dimensionals on the right end – to adhere it to the card front. Next, I stamped the Dainty Delight sentiment in Balmy Blue on Basic White cardstock and cut it out with the next-to-smallest narrow Stitched Rectangle Die. I tied a bow with two lengths of Linen Thread and adhered it with a Glue Dot. I adhered the two small floral die cuts with Liquid Glue, then popped the large floral on over the top with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Then I cut them out with the matching dies in the Dainty Delight Die set. I colored the images with my Light Polished Pink and Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blends and the Dark Balmy Blue and Daffodil Delight Blends. On a piece of Basic White I stamped the large Dainty Delightfloral image once and the small floral image twice in Mossy Meadow. I used the fourth-from-largest of the wider set of Stitched Rectangle Dies to cut out a Basic White panel – which I adhered with Liquid Glue. Next is a piece of Awash in Beauty DSP – in my fave color!! – also matted on Mossy Meadow and adhered to the card front with Liquid Glue. I started by embossing a Basic White panel in the cross-hatch folder from the new Basics 3D Embossing Folders (part of the Online Exclusives) and then matting it on Mossy Meadow for the card front. The layout for this one is from the Freshly Made Sketches challenge this week! And the Dainty Delight bundle is a perfect example of gorgeous Spring flowers! And – when you add some Awash in Beauty DSP– in wunnermius Polished Pink…it’s….well. Spring brings tornadoes – at least in the south! – but it ALSO brings flowers (which I like a LOT better!!). My thoughts are with the folks who were so grievously impacted by that horrible tornado. I hope wherever you are – you were safe over the weekend. I have listed the option that I used.Good morning and welcome back to the work week. Stamp sets used in this project may be available in other mount options (wood-mount, clear-mount or photopolymer). Of course I received some fabulous swaps in return, all of which are now on display at my studio workshop. This is such a useful project as it is so easy to create, uses a minimum of supplies, has the WOW factor, can be made from any size square piece of double sided Designer Series Paper (patterned Paper), utilises your craft stash and would be great at Easter, Christmas or any celebrations. They are particularly easy to make, once you know how, especially if you have some Stampin’ Up! Grid Paper. To create this treat bag I used the diaper fold – there are lots of Youtube videos that show you how to create these types of bags. So I wanted a simple project that was easy to create but with a bit of a WOW factor – and of course because this was a global event with visiting demonstrators, it had to have an Australian flavour (excuse the pun), hence the Caramello Koala treat.Īnd these are just a few of what I received in return. I had so much fun but I was a little time poor in the leadup. So why do we do swaps? It is the opportunity to meet other demonstrators, to share creative ideas with other demonstrators, push outside of our creative comfort zone (if we want to) and to receive projects that you can use in your business and for your displays.Īs you probably know if you visit my blog and Facebook Page regularly, I hosted two overseas demonstrators during their stay to attend the global Onstage Live which was in Brisbane this year. Swaps are an important of OnStage and also are part of the Stampin’ Up! culture. I just remembered that I have yet to post my swaps. My swap with a Caramello Koala OnStage Stampin’ Up! is over for another year
